America’s Next Top Model host Tyra Banks has sold her stunning house in Pacific Palisades for £6.7 million.
The ex-supermodel bought the five-bedroom property with ocean and mountain views in 2016 for £5.5 million, so she has made a healthy profit.
At 6,135sq ft, it has a courtyard with a dining pavilion, an outdoor kitchen and fireplace. There’s an office, a cinema room and a maid’s suite, too.
Savvy buyer Banks also owns a 7,000sq ft duplex with five bedrooms in Battery Park City, Manhattan.
