Monetary authorities will likely raise interest rates anew this Thursday despite inflation having eased last month, economists polled by The Manila Times said.

February's 50-basis point (bps) increase, which was prompted by inflation hitting a 14-year high of 8.7 percent in January, could be followed by a smaller 25-bps adjustment, 14 out of 15 analysts said.
