This year's nominees are eligible for a Ceridian XOXO Award in one of four categories including:
- Astounding Transformation which recognizes significant changes to HCM processes resulting in improved productivity and efficiency
- Employee Development and Engagement which honors significant changes to HCM processes that improve the employee experience and overall employee wellness
- Peace Of Mind Compliance which celebrates significant changes to HCM processes to improve compliance
- Year-End Year-Round which commemorates the successful management of payroll through training, the proactive auditing of payroll reports and domain knowledge
Last year's Ceridian XOXO Award winners included: Lumber Liquidators, Kenosha County and Global Brass and Copper.
This year Ceridian will also be honoring one of its own with a Dave MacKay Employee Achievement Award -- an award that recognizes an employee who exemplifies the three attributes that defined the former president of Ceridian: community involvement, people first and humility.
Final judging of three of the four Ceridian XOXO Awards categories was conducted by Ceridian INSIGHTS sponsors: D2Xchange, PayTech, DCH Advisors and Wise Consulting. The Year-End Year-Round award was judged by the XOXO team.
