SpaceTek and Swiss Belhotel International sign agreement to develop and operate a space hotel in Low Earth Orbit

PHOENIX, AZ, UNITED STATES, June 25, 2016 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Stiphan Beher, CEO of SpaceTek , a company formed to develop space accommodation technology and facilities in low earth orbit has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Hong Kong based global hotel management company Swiss-Belhotel International. SpaceTek is based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States and will operate a space station developed by NPO Mashinostroyenia, a leading space and rocketry company in Russia.

Swiss-Belhotel International has begun discussions with SpaceTek on this exciting and revolutionary project which is at an early stage of development but is seen as an exciting development in the expansion of space technology and space tourism. It will be several years before a commercial programme will be able to be presented however it is an exciting development opportunity.

CEO Stiphan Beher is very excited to have the interest and support of Swiss-Belhotel International in this low earth orbit development which could result in a totally new dimension to international travel and international hotels.
