Not only is he back to voice the role of Emett Brickowski, but he is also playing a new character named Rex Dangervest, who is basically a mix of previous movie roles Chris has played over his career such as Owen Grady from Jurassic World.

In the new clip, Rex Dangervest is surrounded by a bunch of raptors, and in another, he is wearing a costume that is a clear homage to his role as Star Lord from Guardian of the Galaxy.

'These wonderful writers tend to sort of mine from my life to make this film, so don’t be surprised if you see another instance of art imitating life in this movie,' Chris told the audience as reported by Entertainment Weekly.
